Sport Relief - Be there! By Dianna

February 4th, 2008 by schoolcouncil

This wonderful day is on 16th of March. Our school is taking part in raising money for Sports Relief. Sports Relief is a charity for those that are less fortunate to try and make a better life for everyone. A girl lives in a tip and has to travel for 4 hours on foot to get to water that is often diseased with parasites and when she gets home her house it is full of flies and her and her family have never been to a school . It is a world wide organisation. Can I help? I hear you asking?

You can sponcer a child that comes to this school to run a mile on the school field. Money we raise can help a child go to school and have a water pump in there village.
